The websitetrade.de has been developed with custom code using PHP(code ignitor) My Sql with a development cost of over 40.000€ and with an development efforts over 8 months.

The Admin of websitetrade.de is quite flexible and support multiple languages. We are continously developing and enhancing the functionalities of websitetrade. The initial version of Iphone & Android App has also been launched at m.websitetrade.com which will be constantly improved in future.

We are agree to sell Websitetrade.de on conditional basis and only for the German speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and in German Language only.

We are running an english version of the site with URl www.Websitetrade.com which we successfully launched eariler this year. We will not allow Websitetrade.de to be ever translated in english and for that we would require a signed agreement from the new buyer. We will also be agree on not to translate our site www.websitetrade.com to german in future.

The Sale will be based on below terms & conditions:

1- The new buyer will solely be  responsible for the marketing of Websitetrade.de in German speaking countries(including SEO,SEM etc)

2- The buyer will have the option to receive monthly upgrades of the site from us (at additional nominal monthly price) as we are continously enhancing the functionality of the website, or the buyer can start further development at his own end.

3- The domain Websitetrade.de will be transfered to the new buyer along with all website content.

4- We will provide 6 months free support to answer all your questions and queries you might have regarding the Website.
